The Courage Collaborative is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, shared purpose, and sustained investment in people and communities. Courageous conversations within our organizations and our communities allow us to engage authentically with one another and foster intentional collaboration to create ecosystems of shared resources leading to collective progress.
Stakeholder Engagement
Community-building efforts are strengthened when organizations work together to understand the needs of their community. When we create a welcoming space for everyone to come to the table to be seen, heard and understood, we build the foundation for sustainable change. We host courageous conversations where everyone has a seat at the table.

It is our goal to create an ecosystem of shared purpose where community members, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, and community leaders work together to address shared challenges and opportunities.
Courageous Collaborations
We help organizations leverage skills, experience, storytelling and impact to find community connections that build transparency and awareness. Sustainable community-building requires collaboration across multiple sectors including community groups, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government entities.
The Courage Collaborative seeks to build bridges between these sectors to create holistic solutions that address systemic challenges at the local level.​ When we intentionally come together to understand the real challenges we face as a community and create solutions that are representative of all of our needs, our collaboration changes the future for our families and all who come after us.
Community Engagement

At the heart of sustainable change is deep, authentic relationship-building throughout your community. We advocate courageous conversations beyond your ecosystem to foster understanding and communication across all sectors of your community. Hosting community table gatherings is a way to bring everyone together to work toward the good of the external community at large.
We encourage industry roundtables and working groups that bring together leaders from different sectors to have courageous conversations about how to create meaningful and innovative change. We advocate joint initiatives and coalitions that leverage multiple resources to create broad impact.
